| Details: | SUMMARY: Postitive coliform repeat sample on 09/13/2007 DETAILS: On 09/20/2007 I contacted Tom Edwards (water operator) in regards to the positive repeat coliform sample collected on 09/13/07 (received on 09/14/2007). We discussed sample collection and potential contamination sources. He is planning to do a shock chlorination at a more appropriate dose concentration. He will call me once he receives the results. He is aware about the required five routine samples in the next month. On 10/09/07 Tom contacted our office to inform us that the last set of samples came back negative. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of repeat and routine samples, and follow-up. | ||
