| Details: | SUMMARY: Op will M/R five lead/copper samples this week DETAILS: I discussed with the operator the exceeded cooper action level for the round collected 9/13/07. He stated they are scheduled to collect another round this week -- sample sites will be the same. Mike thinks the phosphate level may be too low and has been adusted up to 1.2 mg/L since receiving the results. SDWIS indicates that monthly corrosion control parameter logs have not been received since 4/07. I discussed this with Kevin Hunt. He stated he will ensure they are sent in as required and will send in back copies (May-Sept 07). Kevin stated he understands that a new well to replace well#2 will be constructed soon. I sent Mike Cieri plan review materials. ACTION NEEDED: N/A | ||
