| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform repeat sample on 10/05/07 DETAILS: On 10/08/07 I spoke to Steve from OMI (contracted water operator) regarding repeat positive coliform sample collected on 10/05/07 (received on 10/08/07). He said he took four samples and this was the only positive. All samples were taken from the distribution system. We discussed sample collection and potential contamination sources. He is planning to do a corrective action by shock chlorinating and take an additional four repeat samples. He is also aware about the five routine samples that will need to be taken the next calendar month. He will call me once he receives the results. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of repeat samples and follow-up. | ||
