| Details: | SUMMARY: Response to positive total coliform alert DETAILS: Facility must perform repeat sampling and routine samples for next month. On Friday, September 28,2007 I reviewed an alert for a positive total coliform for the Catfish Junction RV Park. I left a message with the business on that day to return my phone call. On 10/2/2007 I got ahold of Mr. Silva and talked to him about his coliform positive test. I sent him a county made Coliform packet that includes information on total and fecal coliforms, how to disinfect a well, and proper microbiological sampling techniques. I also informed him that he would need four repeat samples as soon as possible. ACTION NEEDED: Repeat samples must be evaluated and routine samples must be taken this month. | ||
