| Details: | SUMMARY: State Reg: Nitrate Excess Have MCL Taken DETAILS: I sent Nancy a letter to inform her that the DHS-DWP has not been receiving her quarterly coliform and nitrate test results (unable to reach by phone). I gave her the address to send results and also the names and #s of two state certified labs in the area. I also informed her that I would be doing sanitary surveys of State-Reg systems starting in 2008 and would be out to visit her sometime. ACTION NEEDED: No further action at this time. I asked her to call if she has any questions. | ||
