| Details: | SUMMARY: Half the MCL for NO3 Alert DETAILS: The firms last Nitrate sample was over half the MCL. The firm sampled Nitrates quarter starting in 2003. The chemical schedule indicated R&C sample results, therefore to resume annual sampling. ACTION NEEDED: The firm must sample Nitrate annually during the second quarter, which has shown to be the quarter with the highest level of Nitrate. | ||
