Details: SUMMARY: +T/C for 4th Quarter Routine DETAILS: Called and left voice message for operator. I never got a response for the message I left them last quarter. They have had coliform detections on the last 5 routine samples and no repeat monitoring has been done at all. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to try and contact operator-- send violation letter.
