| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Coliform Quarterly Sample on 10/03/07 DETAILS: On 10/05/07 I spoke to Dave from OMI (contracted water operator) regarding positive coliform sample collected on 10/03/07 (received on 10/04/07). We discussed sample collection and potential contamination sources. He is planning to take an additional four repeat samples. He is also aware about the five routine samples that will need to be taken the next calendar month. He will call me once he receives the results. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of repeat samples and follow-up. | ||
