| Details: | SUMMARY: The operator will post PN, disinfect well, collect a "special" coliform sample. DETAILS: I met on-site with the operator. We reviewed the required PN doc and he agree to post today. We discussed potential sources of contamination and how to correct them. Most were noted as deficiencies in the recent survey. The operator planed to disinfect the system tonight, wait until Monday, then take a special sample at the well. ACTION NEEDED: N/A | ||
