Details:	Background/Problem Identification: Lonny Sayles contacted the Circuit Rider for assistance with conducting MPA testing as outlined by OHA in May of 2019, in response to positive E-coli testing results from 2016. This will be to determine any groundwater influence due to their proximity to the McKenzie river tributary, 25ft from the wellhead. Testing needs to be conducted during the 2019-2020 wet season when discharge meets or exceeds 7,000 CFS at the nearest monitoring location along the McKenzie river. Assistance Provided: The Circuit Rider has been in contact with Lonny over the past several months via phone and email, while monitoring river flows periodically in preparation for the required MPA testing. As the month closes out, current flow rates are between 2,000-3,000 CFS. This Circuit rider task, due to age, will be closed, and a new support effort will occur when flow rates near the required 7,000 CFS. Follow-Up Actions Needed: A new Circuit Rider support effort will occur to complete the first of two required MPA tests once river flows near required rates as outlined by OHA, May 22, 2019.
