| Details: | SUMMARY: Water Quality Alert Response for Sodium DETAILS: On October 12, 2007, a water quality alert was received for Avion WC - Red Cloud water system regarding a Sodium test result of 21.1. On October 15, 2007, I submitted a sodium fact sheet and cover letter by mail to the water system. ACTION NEEDED: The cover letter advises the operator to inform water consumers with sodium restricted diets that the high sodium content in the water may be a potential health risk. It is not necessarily an immediate health risk since Sodium is considered a "secondary pollutant". | ||
