| Details: | SUMMARY: On-site visit to discuss TC+ test. System haf taken 3 follow-up tests and the all came back positive. DETAILS: We discussed chlorine residual. This system must chlorinate due to redwood tank. The chlorine level during testing was only .1ppm. System is going to increase the dosage to provide a residual of at least .4ppm. Also the well is to be chlorinated by adding 4 oz of 5% chlorine to sanitize the wellhead. Additional repeats to be taken on Monday 11/26 due to Thanksgiving holiday. No public notice required yet. If next round of repeats come back positive, MCL will be declared. ACTION NEEDED: N/A | ||
