Details:	SUMMARY: Received water quality alert for water system (White Lane). DETAILS: Attempted contact via phone (after hours). Reached property management answering machine - tried after hours phone # (541-297-6237). Spoke with Pam Swanson (Sea Winds Property Management). Pam reported that the water system has been "shocked". We instructed Pan to take 5 repeat water samples at different locations throughout the water system within 24 hours and to take 4 routine samples during the month of December (2007) at different locations within the water system. All water samples must be sent to the lab for analysis immediately. Submit results to the State Drinking Water Program. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up to verify that samples have been taken and their results.
