Details: SUMMARY: Discussed the zero free chlorine residual with operator DETAILS: The operator stated he had discovered that the chlorine pump had failed during the period when the zero free chlorine measurement was taken. He replaced the pump. I reminded him of the requirement to check free chlorine daily in the distribution and maintain a detectable residual. ACTION NEEDED: N/A
