Details:	SUMMARY: Alert total coliform confirmed DETAILS: Kenneth called today to notify us of one of the four repeat samples (at well), 1/6/07 was present for total coliform. I emailed him the total coliform public notice and shock chlorination procedures. He is going to shock the well and take five routines in the month of February 2008. ACTION NEEDED: correct problem by shocking well, post public notice, take five routines in Feb.
