Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform quarterly sample on 10/03/07 DETAILS: On 10/05/07 I contacted water operator in regards to the positive coliform repeat samples collected on 10/03/07. We discussed sample collection and potential contamination sources. He will take repeat samples. He is also aware about the five routine samples that will need to be taken the next calendar month. He will call me one he receives the results. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of routine samples and follow-up.
