| Details: | SUMMARY: alert -total coliform confirmed DETAILS: Darrell Called 1/6/07 to let me know that all four repeat samples came back present for total coliform. I emailed him shock chlorination procedures as well as the total coliform public notice. We discussed taking the five routine samples before the end of January. He is going to shock the well and take the five routines five days after shocking. We discussed installing permanent disinfection soon. He is looking into a UV light or chlorination. I told him to call our plan review office before installing any treatment. ACTION NEEDED: correct problem, post public notice, take five routines in January 2008. | ||
