| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert response for repeat total coliform positive result. DETAILS: After a positive routine sample for total coliform, one repeat sample for the Powell Butte View Estates also came back for total coliform. On 9/14/07, I spoke with Butch on the phone. He informed me that their chlorinator had broken down, but now it is running properly. He said that he does not plan on keeping more than a 0.2 chlorine residual in the system. Butch and I discussed the further actions necessary at this time. ACTION NEEDED: As we discussed, a public notice must now be submitted for this system, which Butch says he plan to submit by September 22. He said he will also have five additional routine samples taken in October for this system. | ||
