| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform repeat sample on 09/12/2007 DETAILS: On 09/13/2007 I spoke to Tom Edwards (water operator) in regards to the positive repeat coliform sample collected on 09/12/2007 (received 09/13/2007). We discussed sample collection and potential contamination sources. He is planning to shock chlorinate as a corrective action and resample. We talked about public notification for positive total coliform. He will call me once he receives the results. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of repeat and routine samples, and follow-up. | ||
