| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine coliform sample positive for E. Coli and total coliform. DETAILS: Received Alert from state with Contact listed as Judy White, called and left a message. Called again and spoke with husband he stated Judy had not been associated with the water system for some time. Called and spoke with Judy on 11/Sept/2007 she stated she hadnt been associated with the system but would call and see if she could track down who would be handling the work. Called the Grants Pass water lab, they gave me a number to try to contact 846-1729, no answer by left a message. Spoke with a Cheryl Bruner, she is the one who did the actual sampling, she stated she had dropped the lid of the cap and it had gotten a bit of dirt in it. She has taken the 4 repeats and will contact me when the results come back. ACTION NEEDED: 5 routine samples in the following month. | ||
