| Details: | SUMMARY: One of the four repeat samples collected on 09/05/07 tested positive for Total Coliform. DETAILS: Three of the repeat samples passed (routine test cock, bar sink, outside hose bib) while on failed (additonal ouside hose bib). Hyfro-Flow is worried that the ouside hose bibs are compromised by ani-siphon devices that can harbor bacteria. I agreed that this is possible. I suggested that the not chlorinate the system at this time but collect the five routine samples that are required in this month early next week. They agreed to do so. Additional action will be determined bases on the results of the five routine samples. 09/13/07 - five routine samples tested negative for Total Coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine sample need to be collected during the week of 09/10/07. A public notice needs to be posted within thrifty days as a result of the MCL violation that just was just incurred. | ||
