| Details: | SUMMARY: I contacted the operator re coliform M/R requirements DETAILS: I contacted the operator re the positive TC routine sample collected 11/09/07. We played phone tag all day so I left him a voice mail with the following: the system is required to take five routines in Dec. 07. Since he is disinfecting the system, I recommend at least one routine following disinfection to assess water quality status. ACTION NEEDED: N/A | ||
