| Details: | SUMMARY: On-site Consultation Regarding Emergency Response Plan Development For Lakeshore RV Park. DETAILS: On October 2, 2007, Bob Wilson and I visited Fred Wehmeyer and Tony Haag, and consulted with them on developing their Emergency Response Plan. We cover the five required elements: 1) Communication, 2)) Security Assessment, 3) Hazard Review, 4) Emergency Equipment, and 5) Emergency Procedures. ACTION NEEDED: Lakeshore RV Park need to complete their Emergency Response Plan, and submit a completed copy to our department. We will then write a letter to the system operators confirming the plan has been completed, which we will submit to the State Drinking Water Department. | ||
