| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform repeats and Arsenic MCL Exceedance DETAILS: I spoke with Gloria and Jerry Arney about issuing public notice for total coliform MCL and shock chlorinating the system. I also wrote a letter explaining the requirements and attached PN template and procedures. The system also exceeded the Arsenic MCL on 10/25/07 at 0.024 mg/L. I did not have an updated phone number for Gloria and Jerry until they received the positive coliform, so I included requirements for Arsenic in the letter. The system needs to take a confirmation sample. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of the follow-up coliform samples (5 routines due in January) and Arsenic confirmation sample. | ||
