| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform Test Result DETAILS: On October 4, 2007 I received a Water Quality Alert for Crestview/Brandt Apartment regarding a positive total coliform test result for their water system. On Friday, October 5, 2007, I contacted Pauline Hubbard by phone, and we discussed the further actions she needsto take. ACTION NEEDED: We discussed that she is required to take four repeat samples for the system. If one of those repeats comes back positive as well, she will need to submit a Public Notice to the resident of those apartments. She will also need to have five routine samples taken in the following month. | ||
