| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Coliform Test Result DETAILS: Routine quarterly coliform positive on 9/4. Repeated taken on the 5th. 2 of 4 present for coliform. Spoke with operator Gary and he chlorinated system and will look into possible cross connection with irrigation system. Discussed PN. 3 signs posted on front entrance and both bathrooms. 2 specials on 9/7 absent. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routines in October. System is seasonal and closed October-April. | ||
