| Details: | SUMMARY: During semi-annual inspection two routine and quarterly coliform samples missed DETAILS: Noted during semi-annual restaurant inspection that two routine and consecutive quarterly coliform samples has been missed at this facility. A "Critical Violation" was cited on the inspection form, and a time limit of eight days was given to submit a water sample. The operator immediately posted a notice that stated that the drinking water had not been tested.Wally contacted the Health Department eight days later (10/26/07) and confirmed that a water sample had been submitted to the local lab. ACTION NEEDED: On 10/30/07, The SDWIS Data Base (online) was checked and it was confirmed that a routine water sample had been taken and that no fecal coliform was present in the water. | ||
