| Details: | SUMMARY: One out of five temporary routine samples collected for Phase Three on 10/31/07 failed. DETAILS: 11/07/07 - The positive temporary routine was collected from the bottom of the transfer line. Four subsequent repeat samples passed. Estimates are currently being collected to permanently chlorinated the system. Due to the continued and persistent Total Coliform presence it is likely that continuous chlorination will be installed soon. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples need to be collected from Phase Three in the month of November. One routine will be collected for Phase One/Two during the same period. | ||
