| Details: | SUMMARY: Reviewed System Connections, Coliform Sampling Plan With Operator DETAILS: I met with Jennifer to remain current on the systems connections. They are: a modular restroom bldg. between bldgs 1& 2, a modular lunchroom/office in fromt of bldg 2, bldg 3, and the lab. The temporary office modular bldg north of bldg 6 serves fewer than 10 employees. It is served by a well on the Spencer property.I provided Jennifer with an updated Coliform Sampling Plan reflecting these changes in connections. I also sent her copies of the systems last sanitary survey and Source Water Assessment Report. Her water file was lost in the 5/4/07 fire. ACTION NEEDED: N/A | ||
