| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert for Positive Coliform on Repeat Sample DETAILS: Owner/operator, Manuela Santillano, contacted me stating that the lab she get her water tests taken at called her notify her that one of her four repeat samples tested positive for total coliform. ACTION NEEDED: After talking with DWP it was advised to have the firm shock the well and then wait three to four days and have them take a special sample. Firm will need to take five routine samples next month. Today a Tier 2 notice was posted on facilities door, it will be removed when five routine samples come back absent. | ||
