| Details: | SUMMARY: TCR MCL: 1 of 4 Repeats Taken 11/5/07 +TC DETAILS: John left a message for me last Friday 11/9/07 to know about the repeat being +TC. I called and left a message Tuesday 11/13/07 letting John know that he needs to do a PN and send me a copy. I reminded him that he needs to chlorinate and record the residual daily, as well as do 5 temp routines in December. I also reminded him to do a nitrate test before the end of the year and asked him to call me if he had any questions. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed at this time-- will continue to monitor the situation. | ||
