| Details: | SUMMARY: The Arsenic sample collected in Phase One/Two on 08/28/07 was over the MCL at 0.033 ppm. DETAILS: 10/23/07 - I left a voice mail for Richard Kirby notifying him of the high arsenic level.11/07/07 - Source sample were collected form Phase One/Two (Moore Well & Robertson Well): Moore 0.0322 ppm, Robertson 0.00133 ppm. The system has been instructed to issue public notice and go to quarterly sampling. They are currently getting consulst on treatment (arsenic removal) for the Moore Well as it is clearly the culprit. ACTION NEEDED: Quarterly arsenic sampling need to be collected at the Moore and Robertson wells. Tier Two public notice needs to be issues. | ||
