| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Positive Alert DETAILS: Firm has installed treatment. The first sample after treatment has tested positive. I have spoken with Coffey Laboratories, which has provide Jeff Pinsker instruction how to take a water sample. The sample was taken from a spigot just after UV treatment. The UV system is in a closet, and a sample has been taken before from the same spigot, which was negative. Mr. Pinsker suspects that the positive was do to his error. ACTION NEEDED: Take for repeat water samples after the UV system. Jeff Pinsker stated that the four repeats will be taken Monday October 15. | ||
