| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert for positive total coliforms DETAILS: Positive total colform sample in October when routine samples were taken. Turns out a pipe needed repairing and firm did not flush system prior to start of business after pipe repair. Two of the routine samples cam back positive so a Tier 2 posting was emailed to firm to be posted until repeat samples come back absent. Sample date 10/2/07. ACTION NEEDED: Employee stated that the well was shocked a couple days ago. Four repeat samples will be taken today. In November an additional five routine samples will be taken. If all the above sample come back absent one can continue on the regular quarterly sampling schedule. | ||
