| Details: | SUMMARY: TCR MCL: 2 of 4 Repeats Taken 10/24/07 +TC DETAILS: Jayson called to tell me 2 of the 4 repeats were +TC. They were both taken from dead ends that hadnt been used much since last summer. He told me he will super chlorinate the well and flush the entire system, then take some special samples. I faxed him the PN template and he faxed me back a copy of the notice he posted. He knows he needs 5 temp routines in November to return to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: No further action at this time-- will continue to monitor the situation. | ||
