| Details: | SUMMARY: Op Will Post PN-- Take Corrective Action DETAILS: The operator reports that all four repeats were TC pos. -- collected at 32475 Hidden Valley Rd., 32431 Hidden Valley Rd., and two at 38684 Nelson Lon. (one inside the house and one outside. All were collected 10/08/07.We discussed corrective action -- she is arranging for Stutsman Service to look at a possible leak in the water line leading from the well, and also to look over the system. She is also cleaning and disinfecting the reservoir. We discussed the importance of daily free chlorine residual M/R.Marti agree to provide PN ASAP and fax me a copy. ACTION NEEDED: N/A | ||
