Details:	SUMMARY: Nitrate MCL DETAILS: I contacted Jack Bellinger by phone on October 3, as to why the firms Nitrate sample has exceeded the MCL, since the firm has installed treatment this year. Jack was not aware there was a problem and agreed to contact the company who installed the treatment. The treatment unit was found to have run out of salt. Pure & soft filled the unit and said it should run for a couple of days before resamplling. During a Routine inspection of the firm on Friday, (10/5) I verified that the unit is working and Jack is now aware how to maintain the treatment unit. ACTION NEEDED: Resample nitrate in October.
