| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert Positive Total Coliform on RT and RP DETAILS: Positive total coliform on sample taken 8/27/07 and on sample taken 8/29/07. Mr. Petrich mistakenly told lab they were not a public water system after the 8/27/07 positive so the lab collected a second routine sample on 8/29/07. I contacted Tom Petrich on 9/7/07 - he is not sure what is causing the problem. Repeat sample was pulled on 8/31/07 and was absent so three more repeats were pulled on 9/4/07 and one was positive. ACTION NEEDED: Tom Petrich agreed to post public notice, collect four repeats after problem is thought the be resolved and five routines next month. | ||
