Details: SUMMARY: Increase in Nitrate DETAILS: A sample for nitrate was tested 09/19/07. Results tested 7.17. Previous test taken 03/21/06 were 1.17 - showing a large increase. ACTION NEEDED: Contacted the new owner George Griffin on 10/30/07. He was directed to resample the source for nitrate. Resample was to be taken 10/30/07. The projected opening of this establishment under new ownership is 11/3/07.
