Details:	SUMMARY: Four Repeat Samples Collected on 10/01/07 Tested Positive for Total Coliform DETAILS: 10/02/07 - I spoke with Vikki. We discussed that the UV must not be working as one of the positive samples was collected immediately post UV (the other three were: Butler Room, Governors Room, Hand wash). She is going to call the UV installer to have him come evaluate the problem.10/04/07 - The UV Bulb sleeve needs to be replaced. This will be done on 10/08/07.10/15/07 - The UV system is repaired and 1/2 -cup bleach is being added to each of the two 2,000 gallon storage tanks to achieve a residual of approximately 1 ppm. Five routine samples will be collected in one week.10/25/07 - File routine samples collected on 10/22/07 tested negative for Total Coliform. ACTION NEEDED: No additional action is required at this time.
