| Details: | SUMMARY: The Routine Sample Collected on 09/28/07 Tested Positive for Total Coliform. DETAILS: 10/05/07 - I left a message for Stewart requesting that the collect repeat samples and contact me.10/16/07 - I spoke with Frank who said that he will contact Stewart tonight. He thinks that Stewart is bleaching the well. He also mentioned that they are considering installing a UV light.10/25/07 - One repeat sample collected on 10/18/07 tested negative for Total Coliform. (The church was notified by Jackson County and Neilson Research that four repeat samples should have been collected.) ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples need to be collected in the month of October. | ||
