| Details: | SUMMARY: Communication with Jim Marlow regarding Violation for colform bacteria non-reporting for 09/2007. DETAILS: Jim said that he remembers taking the September sample. He will call the lab to confirm and have the lab resend results to DHS. We also discussed that Jim needs to follow the coliform bacteria sampling plan. He says that the will start following it and sample at the 2 routine sites listed. ACTION NEEDED: Recheck SDWIS soon to confirm that the September CB sample was sent to DHS and recorded. | ||
