| Details: | SUMMARY: State Reg: TCR MCL - 1 of repeats Taken 11/13/07 +TC DETAILS: I left a message for Mr. Rosario telling him that he should do a PN and notify the users and gave him the DWP website address to find the template. I reviewed the protocol and reminded him that the 11/13 repeats are tied to the October sample, so he needs to correct the problem and do 5 temp routines in November. I asked him to call if he needs help or has any questions. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed at this time. | ||
