Details: SUMMARY: Routine Monthly Collected 11/20/07 +TC DETAILS: I left a message for Grace saying she needs RPs done as soon as possible. She knows to do 5 temp routines in December and that if any RPs are +TC she will need a PN.11/27/07 - 4 RPs taken, all absent (Coffey results faxed to me a copy). ACTION NEEDED: I also inquired how things are going with getting a certified operator, also requested she send me DBP test results.
