| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive TCR Sample Taken 11/30/07 - Alert ID: Coli4874 DETAILS: Spoke with Mr. Budh Sidhu 12/10/07 regarding positive TCR sample taken 11/30/07. He stated that he intend to re-sample tomorrow, 12/11/07, without chlorinating the well. He said that he had a positive TCR last year and re-sampled without chlorination and obtained good results. I reminded Mr. Sidhu that the four samples he will take tommorrow should be labeled "repeat" and the five samples he will take in the first quarter of 2008 need to be labeled "routine." ACTION NEEDED: Take four repeat samples in December, 2007 and five routine samples in first quarter of 2008. | ||
