| Details: | SUMMARY: DBP reported late in 2nd and 3rd quarters 2007. DETAILS: The City of Brownsville has been sampling for disinfection by-products quarterly as required, but has been reporting the results late for the last two quarters. I sent an email to Scott reminding him that the due date for sample results it the 10th of the month following the end of the monitoring period. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to watch the systems violation record and provide assistance if late violations continue to occur. | ||
