Details: SUMMARY: Oil spill near Columbia River DETAILS: Received forwarded message from Public Health Duty Officer about oil spill on the banks of Columbia River in N Portland at Hayden Island/Jantzen Beach. Described as very small sheen on water-10 feet from shoreline and 500 feet long. Sheen was not recoverable according to US Coast guard. Notified downstream PWS. ACTION NEEDED: N/A
