| Details: | SUMMARY: 4 of 5 Temp Routines Taken 11/13/07 +TC DETAILS: Jayson called to tell me 4 of the 5 November temp routines were +TC. All five were taken for the same location: a bar sink (Jayson wasnt there when the guy from Alexin collected the samples). He expressed concern that the samples were all taken from the same location and that the location was a bar sink. I agreed and faxed him a Coliform Sampling Plan template and asked him to fill it out and give it to the lab. In the meantime he said he will probably super chlorinate the well and flush the entire system. Then take 5 more temp routines. He said the PN is still posted. He knows he needs 5 passing temp routines to return to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: No further action at this time-- will continue to monitor the situation. | ||
