| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert for Positive Total Coliform DETAILS: Routine samples were taken in November and one came back positive for total coliform. Sample date 11/1/07. ACTION NEEDED: Owner was informed that we need to find the source of the problem since this is the second positive since September. Consider shocking the well or having the lab collect the samples or show you how to collect the samples to ensure they are not contaminated. Four repeat samples need to be taken this month and five routine samples need to be taken in December. | ||
