| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert for Positive Coliform DETAILS: Positive coliform sample taken on 7-5-07. Contacted Cindy Halgen, owner/operator, who stated that a UV light has been installed and that four repeat samples were taken on 7-11-07. UV light addition requires plan review so message was left with Chris Hughes from DWP. I was told that Mr. Hughes would take care of plan review from this point. ACTION NEEDED: Firm was notified that five routine samples need to be taken in August. | ||
